This service will allow you to obtain non-immigrant and immigrant visa information and schedule your non-immigrant visa appointment quickly and easily through this website.

In order to get information and schedule an appointment you must first pay a Visa Information Service Fee and obtain a PIN (Personal Identification Number).

You may schedule an appointment for yourself and up to 4 immediate relatives living at the same address with the same PIN. 

The PIN will give you 3 scheduling opportunities so that you can schedule an appointment and reschedule it up to 2 additional times if you need to.  Please note, that you may not change or cancel your appointment within 2 business days of the appointment date. 

Your PIN will expire 10 days after your appointment date. If you do not schedule an appointment, your PIN will expire 90 days after purchase.

There are two payment options for accessing our website service:

1. Payment online by Credit Card using your Visa or MasterCard. (Equivalent of US$ 12.00)

    

2. Payment at Thai Post (Equivalent of US$ 12.00)

Note: You cannot use this PIN to access the Live Visa Information Service.

U.S. Visa Information - Call Center

Visa Information is also available through a live service, where you can listen to recorded information and speak with an operator by calling 001-800-13-202-2457

Call center hours of operation: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (Bangkok time), Monday through Friday, except on all Thai holidays.
